Brian Haw takes performance to another level - or rather, protest as performance. For the past six years he has occupied spae in Parliament Square protesting about the Blair government and the war in Iraq.
Now we have a change in Prime Minister, might he go?
I'm not sure he'd agree with my term "performance" for his protest - but I guess he wants to be noticed and his presence felt - the same as a performer in many ways.
