this series is a great example of the difference between digital and film.
there's a lot of nonsense said about digital being "less warm" and "less personal" but these portraits from Charlotte are great and full of life.
These are shot on a Nikon D200 with a 50mm lens too.

I noticed the warmer/cooler thing straight away, but to be honest my 50mm lens has a very muted look - I think if I'd have used my Sigma they would be a bit punchier. I thought about warming them up a bit afterwards, but once I'd worked my way through 170 I couldn't quite face going back!
